Substrates Built for Marine Use
The default is Jerzees 50/50 because it takes DTF ink clean and holds up through repeated washings in the barracks. We also run other cotton poly blends when the unit needs a different hand or durability profile.
Every substrate we offer has been tested in the field by people who live the same life you do. No white label stock that falls apart after one cycle in the washer.
Sizes That Fit the Entire Formation
We carry and print the full spectrum from small through 4XL. Tall sizes are available when the roster calls for them. The goal is simple: every Marine in the unit gets a shirt that fits without guesswork.
We cross check quantities against your submitted roster so the distribution matches the command structure on paper and in formation.
Roster to Print Process
Send the unit roster and design notes. We return artwork within 24 hours with revisions included until it passes inspection. Once approved we set up the DTF gang sheets and print the full order.
Orders of 100 shirts or more drop the per unit price. That is the bulk promise. Military family owned means we understand what before formation actually means and we deliver on time.
